Guide to using Microsoft Office Picture Manager to Resize Images
1. Choose to open the image you'd like to resize with Microsoft Office Picture manager.

2. Choose 'resize' from the picture menu.

3. Enter the new pixel dimensions to resize the image into the 'custom width x height' fields. The pixel dimensions will vary depending on where the image is being used in your account.
- 'Image Gallery' images no larger than 500 pixels wide
- 'Company Logo' images no larger than 180 pixels wide
- 'Profile' (top of the page) images no larger than 410 pixels wide

4. Once you've resized the image appropriately, choose 'save as' from the file menu.

5. Choose the location to save the image to and click 'save'.

6. The image should now be ready to upload using the image upload features in your account. |
